Return & Cancellation Policy

All the products sold on are covered under 5 day Refund/ Replacement guarantee. If the product is defective or you receive an incorrect item, you can request a replacement or refund of the product within 5 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return or replacement you need to return the product in the same condition as received with original packing and tags.  To get a defective item replaced or refunded.Contact us through phone or email, and send us the picture of the defect through email or WhatsApp, and upon review we will get the defective product picked up and issue a refund or exchange.
The refund will be processed once the order is received and checked.
For Prepaid orders, the refund will be processed in the form of store credit or original payment method. 
For COD orders, the refund will be processed upon receiving the account details or through payment wallets.
